good sushi = more than i bargained for

i've not been reviewing things the way i should.

i mean
we saw HUNGER GAMES
and i didn't yet post of it's incredible-ness.

i saw a play
but actively decided not to review it

and then had sushi
last night
at AROMA
with lara
and it was so, so, super divine.

i was impressed!
first of all, like every sushi place in the entire world,
this one had half-price sushi
the difference, however
was that half-priced sushi only lasts
from 3-6 pm
and it's legitimately really fantastic
and legitimately half-priced.

meaning,
i bought two really expensive rolls
that ended up NOT BEING EXPENSIVE AT ALL.

and they were huge.
in fact, due entirely to my pioneer-ism
lara and i both stuffed the last rolls of our sushi into our guts
and then loved it and rolled around the mall
like little fat roly polies.
(i probably only felt this way because i just had the most accidental shopping spree of my life and there's nothing like multiple angled mirrors and poor lighting to make a lady feel not as hot as she thinks she is.)

actually
i can only speak for myself
but it was so good
and it was so tasty
and it was awesome.

but next time
as my dear friend lara so astutely proclaimed
WE ONLY ORDER ONE.

such truth.

i also ordered a pear martini
and bless my soul
it tasted like pears
and not like lots of alcohol.

it was soo tasty,
so yay! aroma!
we sat outside on the patio and enjoyed the 80 degree weather and gabbed. so perfect.

lara, by the way, is super awesome and the best lady to hang out with and vent to in ohio.
she makes time for me
and it's spectacular
and we have lots and lots and lots of various girl times.
yay for friends!
